Terms of Service

By using the Tunestride app or website you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Tunestride analyses short videos of you running and gives general running-form feedback. Results are estimates and may be inaccurate depending on video quality, angle and lighting.
2. Not medical advice
Tunestride is for educational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent injury or any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing your training if you have pain, injury or health concerns. You run at your own risk.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for the videos you upload. Only upload videos of yourself, or of people who have given permission.
4. Subscriptions
Your first analysis is free. Tunestride Pro is offered as a monthly (R99) or annual (R549, with a 7-day free trial) subscription, VAT included, billed through Google Play. Any free trial is shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play's policies and your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, upload unlawful content or attempt to access other users' data.
6. Intellectual property
The app and its content belong to Tunestride. You keep ownership of your videos and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
